I migliori sul mercato, ho acquistato delle macchine da loro circa 12 anni fa, e non ostante tutto sono stati sempre presenti e tempestivi sulle chiamate di guasti, anche se per dir la verità di guasti non ho mai avuto nulla ma solo usura di routine, come ditta aggiornatissimi sui sistemi e rinnovazione .

Alla prima macchina ne abbiamo aggiunto una seconda e successivamente una terza.  Ciò conferma la serietà nel rapporto che hanno verso i propri clienti, ma soprattutto l'affidabilità costruttiva dei loro macchinari. In questo lungo periodo abbiamo avuto bisogno solo tre volte di un'assistenza online (super-operativa), con risposte semplici ed immediate,  riducendo drasticamente i tempi di fermo macchina e produzione.  Se dovremmo dare una definizione a questa azienda: "Eccellenza Italia  al sud".
