Working system

The 300C Plus system is controlled by Servo motors and moves on ball recirculation guides and toothed belts, ensuring smooth movement and high precision throughout the cutting process, while the standard 300C is managed by Stepper motors.

It can cut polystyrene blocks with more than one wire simultaneously, processing multiple pieces of the same shape in a single movement.

Vertical turntable

Used for 360° cutting of 3D shapes in polystyrene, whether they are symmetric or asymmetric, irregular, spheres, columns, characters, and figures.

Pc and monitor

Make the 300C workstation complete with computer and monitor for immediate operation. All components of the workstation are Dell-branded to ensure maximum performance and reliability.

Technical features

The 300C and 300C Plus models share many features such as the anodized aluminum frame and a cutting area of X 1400 Y 1250 Z 3000 mm, but the Plus version offers an automatic friction wire traction system, ensuring greater cutting precision thanks to the constant wire tension.

Additionally, the 300C Plus can include the Clevel system for automatic wire speed adjustment and comes with a Dell HMI workstation, which is not available in the base version.

The multi-wire harp allows cutting the polystyrene block simultaneously with multiple wires, enabling series production of identical elements in a single pass of the harp across the material.

The multi-wire harp allows installation of up to a maximum of 20 wires. During each operation, it is possible to add or remove wires and distribute them at the desired distance.

The rotation of the multi-wire harp is manual and is designed to work in vertical, horizontal, and diagonal positions. This accessory is essential for those involved in producing large quantities of standardized products.

Wires adjustment.

The distance between the wires is manually adjusted using a metric scale, allowing for a simple and quick setup.
