2 multiple wire harps

The Chips Maker foam recycling machine is designed to produce polystyrene chips and cubes, ideal for both packaging and recycling.

The machine processes EPS and XPS using two crossed multi-wire harps: one fixed, equipped with 80 wires, and one mobile, with 40 wires, for a total of 120 wires.

The double-harp system ensures precise cutting of the material fed into the hopper.

Customizable chip

Thanks to dedicated potentiometers, it is possible to precisely adjust both the speed of the motorized harp and the temperature of the cutting wires, providing complete control over the final size of the polystyrene chips or cubes produced.

This configuration allows for variations in the length and thickness of the shredded material, producing shorter or elongated chips depending on specific needs.

In this way, the recycling machine adapts to multiple production needs, providing a flexible and customizable solution for recycling and processing polystyrene.
