Welcome in the section dedicated to the technical assistance. Here you will find all the information and instructions in order to put in contact with our support team. In order to receive technical assistance it is enough to open a new ticket that will be processed within 24 hours by our team. How to proceed:
- Open a New Ticket
Or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org describing your problem. Please attach some pictures or screenshots if necessary to better explain the problem: the more information we get, the less will be the time requested to solve the problem.
- Processing your request The request of assistance will be processed and forwarded to the department it concerns.
- Ticket solution The office in charge is answering to you sending with a solution of your problem or, if requested, to fix an appointment for connecting by Team Viewer and offer remote assistance. Download our Quick Support
