It was entirely designed and made by our company. Nettuno's software is that one important detail that makes us well known worldwide in the field of the hot wire polystyrene cutting technology.
Years of experience give us the awareness that it is absolutely necessary to dedicate enough resources to research and development, indeed, that's the principal reason if today, we have the most unique software interface in the world, that contains patented applications.

Nettuno's power on CorelDraw
Nettuno Docker Cam is a mobile tab attached to CorelDraw. The company’s choice to create an application that interacts with one of the best CAD around was carefully valued then approved. A single interface arranges a CAD/CAM environment. This choise saves time to the operator, who can avoid the saving or the export in many types of extensions which, eventually, should be opened in another program.
It is now possible to create: tool paths with direct program exportation, complex shapes, any single type of texts and fonts and graphic compositions with measurement quotas.
Therefore, the “fusion” between CorelDraw, which contains the drawing tools, and Nettuno Docker Cam, with its specific hot wire cutting countless functions, turned out to be the fastest, simplest and the most practical solution.
This system simplifies significantly the design of projects meanwhile it continues showing an easy and clean to use interface, allowing the operator to work undisturbed without having to think about different types of interfaces that the operator, otherwise, should have used.
Nettuno Docker is a CAM software designed to create paths on every single kind of hot wire cutting, ranging from the easiest cuttings in 2D to the most complex simultaneous turning and independent axes procedures. Nettuno’s CAM software shows a 3D preview of the final result: it’s essential because it allows to evaluate in advance the result before the eventual cut. The preview becomes essential, especially in the turning operations.
With the usage of a conventional software, the final result can often be a question mark. The operator can waste precious time and materials without a simulation of the piece. Thanks to our preview simulation this kind of problems can’t happen.

NETTUNO CUTTER
Smart power for complete control
Nettuno Cutter is the interface that communicates directly with the machine. The captivating graphic and the carefully chosen colors, make our powerful interpolated axis movement system enchanting.
A 7 management tab interface, one for every function, made in an easily, complete and organized way, a 3D live simulation standing in the middle of the window while the machine cuts the piece appears. It is, indeed, possible to spot the axes position before the cutting program loading.
Common operations like turning or independent axes have never been so easy!
WEDGES
The wedges software , developed by Nettuno, allows for precise cutting of slices and curves. By importing a DXF shape, such as a building plan, Wedges enables the automatic creation of curves, ellipses and even “S” shapes through slice cutting.
