The TM series are professional foam board cutter machines specialized in cutting EPS, extruded polystyrene, and polyurethane foams.
With a solid and compact telescopic structure, TM cutters are designed to perform various types of cuts thanks to metric and angular adjustments, meeting the needs of both construction sites and DIY projects.
Nettuno TM machines are available in 2 different configurations, from the TM Line, the top-of-the-line foam board cutting machine with a double support table for greater stability, to the more compact TM Slim, they can cut panels up to 1250 mm in height and 280 mm in thickness.

Top foam board insulation cutter
The foam board cutting machine features a robust, dual-level support platform engineered for maximum workpiece stability.
Integrated panel holders, equipped with clearly engraved metric scales, allow for precise alignment and measurement verification directly at the cutting station.
This specific model incorporates an adjustable, quick-release measurement stop, significantly streamlining the process of setting repeatable cut lengths for slabs and boosting workflow efficiency.
For advanced applications, an optional auxiliary lateral cutting arch can be integrated, enabling simultaneous secondary cuts and angled processing.

Thermal insulation systems

Extra cutting arch.
The feature that makes the TM Line cutter very versatile is the addition of the side cutting arch. An optional feature that takes the cutting experience to the next level. Equipped with a second hot wire, it allows you to easily and precisely make angled cuts.
The side arch features a wire length of 320 mm and a cutting depth of 550 mm. These dimensions make it easy to handle angled cuts and work with polystyrene sheets of varying thicknesses.
