Completely redesigned and revamped, the brand new Infinity22 arrives at Nettuno.

Developed by our team of engineers and technicians, this machine is built on the foundations of the Infinity model, which has been in the market since 2008 and is still today Nettuno’s flagship product.

Thanks to its modular structure and the ability to vary the cutting wire length, this machine has completely revolutionized the working methods of all operators in the polystyrene cutting and processing industry.

Following the concept of this glorious model, the new Infinity22 comes with years of experience and success, making it the most high-performing and innovative CNC machine for hot wire cutting of EPS and XPS currently available on the market.

Among the new arrivals:

  • The structure is fully made of steel with milled profiles to increase cutting accuracy and make it even more robust, ready to support the weight of entire blocks of polystyrene, including those of very high densities;
  • The wire length is now set by the software, and the machine automatically positions itself, thus eliminating the need for manual intervention by the operator;
  • For transmission, toothed belts are replaced with rack-and-pinion and ball screws, while the 4 independent axes are moved by brushless servomotors with absolute encoders.
  • The cutting and design software, Nettuno Docker Cam, already highly appreciated for its user-friendly interface and advanced applications for developing 2D and 3D cutting shapes, has also been further updated in graphics and cutting features.

  • Ability to add from 1 to 3 vertical lathes
  • Horizontal lathe
  • Excavator
  • Multi-wire harp up to 20 wires
  • Clevel (intelligent system for cutting speed adjustment)
  • Additional axis with CNC spindle for milling
  • Extra benches for loading polystyrene blocks
  • Possibility to extend the X-axis up to 6000 mm.

Note: This model, previously known as Infinity22, has been renamed and is now called Mammut.
