Details
Years of experience in the industry have made us aware of the importance of dedicating significant resources to research and development. It is from continuous analysis and studies that a unique interface, unparalleled in the world, was born.
The Nettuno software is divided into two distinct applications:
Nettuno Docker CAM
Nettuno Cutter
Import of the most common file types:
DXF > DWG > EPS > AI > PDF > HPGL-PLT > WMF > SVG > STL
Nettuno Docker Cam
In a single interface, you have the CAD/CAM environment. This choice saves cumbersome operations, as it is possible to create the appropriate toolpath with direct sending to the machine, which receives it and displays a real-time 3D preview.

Independent axes
Torsional 3D turnings
Assisted nesting
Wedge cutting
3D Turnings
Text on lathe
Specifically designed to create a toolpath for every type of hot wire processing of expanded polystyrene. From simple 2D cutting operations to more complex simultaneous or independent axis turning operations. The Nettuno CAM shows a 3D preview of the final result, which is of great importance as it allows you to evaluate the result in advance before sending the cut. The preview becomes essential in turning operations.
Nettuno Cutter
Nettuno Cutter is the interface that communicates directly with the machine. It has 7 management fields divided into windows, one for each type of function. At the center of the window, it shows the 3D simulation of the machine in use, following its movements in real-time and simultaneously, estimating the completion time. It is possible to see the position of the axes before sending the execution through a preliminary simulation.
